Reporting Product Issues

Any issues relating to the following must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase or delivery:

• Product damage
• Shortage in quantity
• Incorrect product or color
• Manufacturing defects

Reports made after this period may not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The product is unused and unopened
• The issue is verified to be a manufacturing defect or supply error
• The complaint was reported within the approved time frame
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or opened paint buckets
• Custom-mixed or specially formulated colors
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
• Paint applied under unsuitable surface or weather conditions

Return Review Process

All return requests are subject to review:

1. Complaint submission and verification
2. Inspection of the product (where applicable)
3. Management approval

Approved cases may result in:

• Product replacement
• Adjustment or correction
• Alternative resolution as deemed appropriate

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued strictly at management’s discretion.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Proper storage of paint after purchase
• Following recommended application instructions
• Ensuring color and quantity confirmation before application
